HOW TO TAKE IT

• Use only as a nasal spray, not for oral or eye use
• Blow your nose gently before using the spray
• Tilt your head slightly forward and spray into each nostril as prescribed
• Avoid tilting your head backward while spraying
• Wash your hands after use
• Use regularly for best effect, and do not exceed the dose advised by your doctor

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Use it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one
• Do not use double the amount to make up for a missed dose

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
