Brivaracetam is used to treat epilepsy, a condition in which abnormal electrical activity in the brain causes seizures.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• To control partial-onset (focal) seizures in adults and children as advised by a doctor
• Used alone or together with other anti-epileptic medicines

How to Use BRITZILAM INJECTION (BRIVARACETAM 10MG)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once or twice a day
• Swallow the tablet with water, with or without food
• Take it at the same times every day to maintain steady levels in the body
• Do not stop this medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor, as it may increase the risk of seizures
• If your doctor decides to stop this medicine, the dose will usually be reduced gradually

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take the missed dose as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular schedule
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one
• If you miss doses frequently, inform your doctor

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack
• Keep in the original packaging until ready to use

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
