HOW IT WORKS

• Amoxycillin is a penicillin-type antibiotic that kills bacteria by stopping them from building their protective cell wall
• Some bacteria produce an enzyme that destroys amoxycillin before it can act
• Clavulanic acid blocks this enzyme, allowing amoxycillin to remain effective against a wider range of bacteria

How to Use CLAVAM DRY SYRUP (AMOXYCILLIN 125MG+CLAVULANIC ACID 31.25MG)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually at evenly spaced intervals
• Swallow tablets/capsules with water; shake the oral suspension well before use and measure with the provided spoon or syringe
• Taking it at the start of a meal can reduce stomach upset
• Complete the full course even if you feel better, unless your doctor tells you to stop
• Do not skip doses or share this medicine with others

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store tablets/capsules at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Keep the reconstituted oral suspension in a refrigerator and discard any unused portion after the period mentioned on the label (usually 7-10 days)
• Keep all forms out of reach of children

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
