WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Headache and migraine
• Toothache and dental pain
• Body ache and muscle pain
• Back pain
• Joint pain and mild arthritis pain
• Fever due to infections
• Post-injury or post-surgical pain (as advised by doctor)
• Menstrual cramps

HOW IT WORKS

• Ibuprofen blocks enzymes called COX that produce chemicals causing pain, swelling and fever
• Paracetamol acts mainly in the brain to reduce fever and pain signals
• Together they give faster and stronger relief than either medicine alone

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• Not a treatment for the underlying cause of infection, such as bacteria or viruses

How to Use COMBIFLAM TABLET (Ibuprofen 400mg + Paracetamol 325mg)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually after food to reduce stomach upset
• Swallow the tablet with a glass of water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Do not increase the dose or frequency on your own
• Avoid taking other paracetamol or ibuprofen-containing products at the same time
• Do not use for more than a few days without consulting your doctor

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one
• This medicine is usually taken only when needed for pain or fever, so missed doses are generally not a concern

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
