WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Muscle pain and sprains
• Joint pain including arthritis-related pain
• Back pain
• Sports injuries and minor strains

HOW IT WORKS

• Diclofenac blocks certain chemicals (prostaglandins) that cause pain and inflammation
• Methyl Salicylate produces a warming/counter-irritant effect that helps ease muscle discomfort
• Linseed Oil acts as a soothing, moisturising base that helps the other ingredients spread and absorb into the skin

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• Signs of allergic reaction such as swelling of face, lips or throat, difficulty breathing
• Severe itching or hives spreading beyond the applied area
• Signs of skin infection like pus, warmth, and increasing pain

How to Use DICLOTAL FORTE GEL (Diclofenac 1% w/w + Linseed Oil 3% w/w + Methyl Salicylate)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• For external use only, apply on clean, dry, unbroken skin
• Apply a thin layer over the painful area as prescribed by your doctor
• Gently massage until absorbed, unless your doctor advises otherwise
• Wash your hands after application, unless hands are the treated area
• Avoid applying on eyes, mouth, nose, or mucous membranes
• Do not cover the area with an air-tight bandage unless advised
• Do not apply on broken, infected or irritated skin

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Apply as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next application, skip the missed one
• Do not apply extra to make up for a missed dose

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Keep the cap tightly closed after use
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack
