Famotidine 20mg is mainly used to treat conditions caused by excess stomach acid.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Heartburn and acid reflux (GERD)
• Stomach ulcers and duodenal ulcers
• Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (rare condition causing excess acid)
• Prevention of ulcers caused by long-term pain-relief medicines
