This medicine is used to relieve pain, reduce fever, and control inflammation in various painful conditions.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Relief of mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, and body ache
• Pain and swelling due to muscle sprains, strains, or minor injuries
• Joint pain including arthritis-related pain
• Post-operative or post-procedure pain
• Menstrual cramps
• Fever accompanied by pain

HOW IT WORKS

• Diclofenac blocks certain chemicals (prostaglandins) in the body that cause pain, swelling, and inflammation
• Paracetamol acts on the brain's pain and temperature control centres to relieve pain and reduce fever
• Together they provide faster and more effective relief than either medicine alone

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• Not used for long-term daily pain management without medical supervision
• Not a treatment for the underlying cause of chronic diseases like arthritis
• Not used to treat infections, as it has no antibiotic action
• Not recommended for children unless specifically advised by a doctor

• Reduced urine output or swelling in legs (kidney problem)
• Unusual bleeding or bruising

How to Use FENAK PLUS TABLET (Diclofenac 50mg + Paracetamol 325mg)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually after food to reduce stomach upset
• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Do not increase the dose or take it more frequently than prescribed
• Do not use for longer than advised by your doctor
• Avoid taking other pain-relief or fever medicines at the same time unless your doctor approves, to prevent overdose

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take the missed dose as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack
• Dispose of unused medicine properly, do not flush down the drain

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
