HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor
- Swallow the tablet or capsule with a glass of water
- Preferably take on an empty stomach for better absorption, unless it upsets your stomach
- Avoid taking with tea, coffee, milk, or calcium supplements as they reduce absorption
- Vitamin C rich foods like citrus fruit or juice may help absorption
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Take it as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one
- Do not take double the dose to make up for a missed one
STORAGE
- Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place
- Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture
