This medicine is used for relieving pain, swelling and stiffness in muscles and joints.
WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Muscle pain and sprains
- Joint pain including osteoarthritis and mild rheumatic pain
- Backache and stiffness
- Sports injuries like strains and minor swelling
HOW IT WORKS
- Diclofenac reduces inflammation and pain by blocking chemicals (prostaglandins) that cause swelling
- Linseed oil soothes and softens the skin, helping the other ingredients spread and absorb
- Methyl Salicylate produces a warming effect that improves local blood flow
- Menthol gives a cooling sensation that helps distract from pain and reduces itching
WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR
- Not for internal pain like stomach ache or headache
- Not a substitute for oral pain medicines in severe pain
- Not meant for open wounds, cuts or infected skin
- Not for long-term daily use without medical supervision

- Severe skin blistering or peeling
- Swelling of face, lips or throat
- Difficulty breathing
- Severe itching or hives spreading beyond the applied area
- Signs of allergic reaction such as dizziness or chest tightness

How to Use FLEXABENZ GEL (Diclofenac Diethylamine + Linseed + Methyl Salicylate + Menthol)
HOW TO TAKE IT
- Apply a small amount to the affected area and gently massage until absorbed
- Wash hands thoroughly after application unless hands are the area being treated
- Use only on unbroken, clean and dry skin
- Avoid applying on eyes, mouth, nose or open wounds
- Do not cover the area with an airtight bandage unless your doctor advises so
- Use only as often as prescribed, usually 2-4 times a day
- Do not use more than the recommended amount to avoid excess absorption
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Apply it as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for the next application, skip the missed one and continue as usual
- Do not apply extra to make up for a missed dose
STORAGE
- Store at room temperature, away from direct heat and sunlight
- Keep the cap tightly closed after use
- Keep out of reach of children
- Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack

MEDICINES THAT CAN INTERACT
- Other oral or topical NSAIDs, as combined use may increase side effects
- Blood-thinning medicines like warfarin, as absorption through skin may add to bleeding risk
- Other salicylate-containing products, as excess absorption may occur
