This medicine is used to treat fungal infections affecting the finger and toe nails.
WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Fungal infection of the nails (onychomycosis)
- Mild to moderate nail fungal infections not involving the nail matrix (root)
- As an add-on treatment along with oral antifungals in more severe cases, if advised
HOW IT WORKS
- Amorolfine damages the fungal cell membrane, stopping the fungus from growing and spreading
- It penetrates the nail plate to reach the fungus underneath
- Phenoxyethanol helps preserve the formulation and adds extra antimicrobial action
WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR
- Fungal infections of the skin, scalp, or genital area
- Bacterial or viral nail infections
- Ingrown nails or nail damage not caused by fungus
- Severe infections involving the nail matrix without doctor supervision
This medicine should only be used on the nails as directed and not on broken or infected skin around the nail without medical advice.

- Severe redness, swelling, or blistering around the nail
- Signs of allergic reaction such as rash, itching, or swelling of the face or lips
- Severe pain or pus formation near the nail

How to Use FUNGICROS CREAM 30GM (AMOROLFINE 0.25%W/W+PHENOXYETHANOL 0.1%W/W)
HOW TO TAKE IT
- File the surface of the infected nail gently before application, as instructed
- Clean the nail with the swab provided or an alcohol wipe before applying
- Apply a thin layer of the lacquer evenly over the entire nail surface
- Let it dry completely before covering with socks or shoes
- Use only as often as prescribed by your doctor, usually once or twice a week
- Continue treatment for the full duration advised, even if the nail looks better, as fungal treatment can take several months
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Apply as soon as you remember on your next scheduled application day
- Do not apply twice to make up for a missed application
- Get back to your regular schedule from the next dose

- Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
- Keep the bottle tightly closed after use
- Keep out of reach of children
- Do not use after the expiry date printed on the label
