Hyaluronic acid 14mg is mainly used to manage joint pain and stiffness caused by osteoarthritis, and in some formulations to lubricate dry eyes.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Relief of knee or other joint pain due to osteoarthritis
• Improving joint movement and reducing stiffness
• Lubricating the eye surface in dry eye conditions (in drop/gel form)
• Support during certain eye surgeries (specialised ophthalmic use)

HOW IT WORKS

• Headache

SERIOUS SIDE EFFECTS — STOP AND SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY

• Severe joint pain, swelling or warmth after injection
• Signs of infection such as fever, chills, or pus at injection site
• Difficulty moving the joint suddenly
• Severe allergic reaction: swelling of face/lips/throat, difficulty breathing, severe rash
• Sudden vision changes or severe eye pain (with eye preparations)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• This medicine is usually given by a doctor as an injection directly into the affected joint

STORAGE

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
