This combination is prescribed for skin infections that involve bacteria, fungi and inflammation together, commonly seen in fungal skin infections with associated itching, redness and secondary bacterial infection.
WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Fungal skin infections with inflammation and itching
- Mixed bacterial and fungal skin infections
- Skin conditions like eczema complicated by infection
- Rashes in body folds (groin, underarms) with infection
HOW IT WORKS
- Nadifloxacin kills the bacteria causing infection
- Miconazole kills or stops growth of fungus
- Mometasone reduces redness, itching and swelling caused by inflammation
WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR
- Not for acne unrelated to fungal or bacterial infection
- Not for viral skin infections like herpes or warts
- Not for use on face for long periods without doctor's advice

How to Use NADIBACT PLUS CREAM (Nadifloxacin + Mometasone + Miconazole)
HOW TO TAKE IT
- Apply a thin layer of the cream/ointment on the affected skin area as prescribed by your doctor
- Wash and dry the area gently before applying
- Use only on the skin; avoid eyes, mouth and open wounds
- Wash your hands after applying, unless the hands are the treated area
- Do not cover the area with airtight dressing unless advised
- Use only for the duration prescribed by your doctor, usually a short course
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Apply as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for the next application, skip the missed one
- Do not apply extra to make up for a missed dose
STORAGE
- Store at room temperature, away from direct heat and sunlight
- Keep out of reach of children
- Keep the tube tightly closed after use
- Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
- Are allergic to nadifloxacin, mometasone, miconazole or any other ingredient in the product
- Have a viral skin infection like chickenpox or herpes on the area
- Have untreated tuberculosis or fungal infection of the skin without proper diagnosis
TELL YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING IF YOU
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Are using it on a child
- Plan to use it on the face, groin or underarms for a long time
- Have thin or fragile skin
- Have diabetes
MEDICINES THAT CAN INTERACT
- Other topical steroids used at the same time
- Other topical antifungal or antibiotic creams
- Oral medicines that affect blood sugar, if large areas of skin are treated for long periods
