HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor, in the dose and frequency advised

• Swallow the tablet or capsule with a glass of water; do not crush unless advised
• Do not stop taking it suddenly without consulting your doctor, especially if used for myoclonus
• Continue the course for as long as prescribed, even if you feel better

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take the missed dose as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue as usual
• Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack
• Do not store in the bathroom or near a sink

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
