This medicine is mainly used to treat and prevent vitamin B-complex deficiency.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Nutritional deficiency of B vitamins due to poor diet or illness
• Nerve-related weakness, tingling or numbness caused by B1, B6, B12 deficiency
• Weakness, fatigue and poor appetite
• Supportive treatment in alcohol-related nutrient deficiency
• As a supplement during pregnancy, prolonged illness or after surgery when advised

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily
• Swallow the tablet/capsule with a glass of water
• Preferably take after food to reduce stomach upset
• Do not chew or crush unless your doctor says it is fine to do so
• Take at the same time each day for best results

IF YOU MISS A DOSE
