HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once a day

• Can be taken with or without food
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Do not stop taking suddenly, especially the beta-blocker part, without doctor's advice as this can cause a rebound rise in heart rate or blood pressure

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue as normal
