Uses and Benefits of SUNCROS LOTION (OCTIXONATE + OXYBENZONE + AVOBENZONE)
This composition is used mainly for protection of the skin against sun damage caused by ultraviolet radiation.
WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Prevention of sunburn caused by prolonged sun exposure
- Protection against UVA and UVB rays that can damage skin
- Reducing risk of premature skin ageing caused by sun exposure
- Use before outdoor activities, swimming or long sun exposure
HOW IT WORKS
- Octinoxate mainly absorbs UVB rays
- Oxybenzone absorbs both UVA and UVB rays
- Avobenzone provides strong UVA protection
- Together they form a broad-spectrum barrier that filters out harmful sun rays before they damage the skin
WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR
- It is not a treatment for existing sunburn or skin infections
- It does not treat acne, pigmentation, or skin allergies
- It is not meant for internal use or as medicine for any illness
- It does not replace protective clothing or shade during peak sun hours

COMMON SIDE EFFECTS

How to Use SUNCROS LOTION (OCTIXONATE + OXYBENZONE + AVOBENZONE)
HOW TO TAKE IT
- For external use on skin only, not to be swallowed
- Apply evenly on exposed skin about 15-20 minutes before going out in the sun
- Use as directed on the label or as advised by your doctor or pharmacist
- Reapply after swimming, sweating heavily, or every few hours during prolonged sun exposure
- Avoid contact with eyes, lips and open wounds
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- This is not a scheduled medicine, so there is no fixed dose to miss
- Simply apply it whenever you are going out in the sun or need protection
- If you forget to apply before going out, apply as soon as you remember
STORAGE
- Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat
- Keep the container tightly closed after use
- Keep out of reach of children
- Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack
