WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Managing blood glucose levels in adults with type 2 diabetes
• Used when diet, exercise and a single diabetes medicine are not enough to control sugar levels

HOW IT WORKS

• Dapagliflozin helps the kidneys remove excess sugar through urine
• Teneligliptin increases insulin release and reduces sugar production by the liver after meals

• Signs of dehydration or very low blood pressure such as dizziness on standing
• Severe urinary or genital infection with fever
• Signs of pancreatitis such as severe stomach pain that spreads to the back, with vomiting
• Signs of allergic reaction such as swelling of face, lips, throat, or difficulty breathing
• Ketoacidosis symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and unusual fatigue even with normal or slightly high blood sugar

How to Use TENEBLU DM 20/10/100 Tablets (Dapagliflozin 10mg + Teneligliptin 20mg + Metformin 500mg)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily
• Take with food, preferably with a meal, to reduce stomach upset
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew
• Drink adequate water during the day, especially in hot weather
• Continue to follow your prescribed diet and exercise plan
• Do not stop taking this medicine without talking to your doctor, even if you feel well

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember on the same day
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Are allergic to Dapagliflozin, Teneligliptin, Metformin, or any other ingredient in this medicine
• Have type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis
• Have severe kidney disease or are on dialysis
• Have severe liver disease
• Have a severe infection, dehydration, or are seriously ill
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding, unless advised by your doctor

• Have a history of urinary tract or genital infections
• Have heart failure or any heart condition
