This medicine is used for treating fungal skin infections associated with inflammation and itching.
WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Fungal infections of the skin such as ringworm, athlete's foot, and jock itch
- Skin conditions with fungal infection accompanied by redness, swelling, and itching
- Short-term relief of severe itching and inflammation caused by fungal infections
HOW IT WORKS
- Clobetasol Propionate is a potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, and itching by suppressing the immune response in the skin
- Miconazole is an antifungal agent that kills or stops the growth of fungi causing the infection
- Together, they treat the infection and reduce associated symptoms quickly
WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR
- Not used for viral skin infections like herpes or chickenpox
- Not used for bacterial skin infections without fungal involvement
- Not used for long-term or continuous treatment of chronic skin conditions
- Not suitable for use on wounds, ulcers, or broken skin without doctor advice

- Signs of allergic reaction such as severe rash, swelling of face or throat, difficulty breathing
- Signs of skin infection worsening despite treatment
- Stretch marks or visible thinning of the skin with long-term use
- Symptoms of absorption into the body such as unusual weight gain, tiredness, or high blood sugar with excessive or prolonged use

How to Use TENOVATE-M CREAM (CLOBETASOL PROPIONATE 0.05%W/W+MICONAZOLE 2.0%W/W)
HOW TO TAKE IT
- Apply a thin layer of the cream or ointment to the affected skin area as prescribed by your doctor
- Wash and dry the affected area gently before applying
- Use only on the skin; avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or open wounds
- Do not cover the area with airtight bandages unless advised by your doctor
- Use for the duration prescribed by your doctor, and do not stop early even if symptoms improve
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Apply it as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for the next application, skip the missed one and continue as usual
- Do not apply extra medicine to make up for a missed dose
STORAGE
- Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
- Keep the tube or container tightly closed
- Keep out of reach of children and pets
- Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack
