This combination is mainly prescribed for painful muscle spasm associated with musculoskeletal disorders such as low back pain, neck pain, spondylosis and muscle injuries.
WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Relief of muscle spasm and stiffness
- Pain due to musculoskeletal conditions like back pain and neck pain
- Post-injury or post-strain muscle pain accompanied by spasm
- Pain associated with degenerative spine conditions
HOW IT WORKS
- Tolperisone acts on the central nervous system to relax tight, spasming muscles
- Diclofenac blocks chemicals (prostaglandins) that cause pain, swelling and inflammation
- Together they reduce pain and loosen stiff muscles, improving movement
WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR
- Not for general fever or common cold
- Not a first-choice treatment for chronic long-term pain without medical supervision

HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or after food to reduce stomach upset
- Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew unless advised
- Do not increase the dose or take it for longer than prescribed
- Avoid taking with alcohol
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Take it as soon as you remember
