This medicine is used to treat bacterial infections caused by organisms sensitive to Amoxycillin and Dicloxacillin, especially skin, soft tissue, bone and wound infections where penicillin-resistant bacteria may be present.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Skin and soft tissue infections
• Wound and post-surgical infections
• Bone and joint infections caused by susceptible bacteria
• Respiratory tract infections in some cases

HOW IT WORKS

• Amoxycillin kills bacteria by preventing them from building their cell wall
• Dicloxacillin adds extra coverage against bacteria that are resistant to plain penicillins, such as certain Staphylococcus strains
• Lactobacillus replenishes healthy gut bacteria that can be disturbed by antibiotic use, reducing diarrhoea risk

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• Viral infections such as common cold, flu or viral fever
• Fungal infections
• Prevention of infection without a doctor's advice
• Long-term use without medical supervision

This medicine should only be used for the specific infection diagnosed by your doctor, and the full course must be completed even if symptoms improve early, to prevent bacterial resistance.

How to Use Amoxycillin (250mg) + Dicloxacillin (250mg) + Lactobacillus (2.5Billion Spores)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with a full glass of water
• Can be taken with or without food, but taking it with food may reduce stomach upset
• Complete the full course even if you feel better before finishing it
• Take doses at evenly spaced intervals as advised by your doctor
• Do not skip doses or stop early, as this can cause the infection to return or bacteria to become resistant

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Keep away from moisture and heat
• Keep out of reach of children
• If a reconstituted liquid form is given, check label for refrigeration instructions and discard after the advised period
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack
