How to Use Carvedilol 25mg

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with food to reduce dizziness
• Swallow the tablet with water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Take it at the same time(s) each day to maintain steady levels
• Do not stop suddenly, even if you feel well, as this can worsen heart conditions
• Continue other prescribed heart or blood pressure medicines unless told otherwise

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one
