How to Use Ciclesonide

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Use exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily
• Shake the inhaler if instructed by the label or your pharmacist
• Breathe out fully, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, and inhale slowly and deeply while pressing the device
• Hold your breath for a few seconds after inhaling, then breathe out slowly
• Rinse your mouth with water after use to reduce the chance of throat irritation or thrush
• Do not increase or decrease the dose without consulting your doctor
• Continue using it regularly even if you feel well, as it is a preventive treatment

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Keep away from heat and open flame
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not puncture, break, or burn the inhaler canister

• Severe wheezing or worsening breathlessness right after using the inhaler
• Vision changes, eye pain, or blurred vision
• Signs of a serious infection such as high fever that does not go away
• Unusual tiredness, weight loss, or muscle weakness with long-term use

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
