HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once a day
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew it
• Try to take it at the same time each day, preferably in the morning
• Can be taken with or without food, unless your doctor advises otherwise
• Do not stop taking it suddenly even if you feel well, especially the metoprolol component, as this can cause heart problems

• Take it as soon as you remember on the same day
