COMMON SIDE EFFECTS

• Signs of liver problems such as yellowing of skin or eyes, dark urine
• Severe allergic reaction with swelling of face, lips, or throat
• Signs of pancreatitis such as severe stomach pain that does not go away
• Sudden decrease in urination or signs of kidney problems

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Are allergic to Dapagliflozin, Metformin, Vildagliptin, or any ingredient in the tablet
• Have severe kidney disease

• Have severe liver disease
• Have a history of heart failure requiring hospitalisation (for the vildagliptin component)
