• Severe urinary tract or genital infection with fever
• Signs of liver problems such as yellowing of skin or eyes, dark urine
• Severe allergic reaction such as swelling of face, lips, throat, or difficulty breathing
• Signs of pancreatitis such as severe stomach pain spreading to the back
