How to Use Lactic Acid Bacillus 120million

HOW TO TAKE IT

• If using sachets, mix with water, milk or food as directed on the label
• Do not mix with very hot food or drinks as heat can destroy the live bacteria
• If taking along with antibiotics, leave a gap of a couple of hours between the two
• Complete the course as advised even if symptoms improve earlier

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and continue as scheduled
