HOW IT WORKS

• Levofloxacin blocks enzymes bacteria need to copy their DNA
• This stops bacteria from multiplying and growing
• Eventually the bacteria die, clearing the infection

• As a general painkiller or fever reducer

How to Use Levofloxacin 125mg

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor
• Swallow the tablet with a full glass of water
• Can be taken with or without food, but be consistent
• Do not take with antacids, calcium, iron, or zinc supplements at the same time; leave a gap of a few hours
• Drink plenty of fluids while taking this medicine
• Complete the full course even if you feel better

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one
• Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Keep out of reach of children

• Dispose of unused medicine safely, do not flush down the drain

• Confusion, hallucinations, or seizures
• Yellowing of skin or eyes
