This medicine is used to treat cough with breathlessness where thick mucus is present in the airways, such as in bronchitis, asthma-related cough, and other respiratory conditions.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Cough associated with wheezing or breathlessness
• Cough with thick, sticky mucus that is hard to bring up
• Bronchitis and other conditions causing airway narrowing with mucus buildup
• Relief of chest congestion

HOW IT WORKS

• Levosalbutamol relaxes the muscles around the airways, making breathing easier
• Ambroxol thins the mucus and helps the lungs clear it more easily
• Guaiphenesin increases fluid in the airways, loosening mucus so it can be coughed out
• Together they help ease both breathlessness and chesty cough

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• Dry cough without mucus
• Cough due to allergies alone, without chest congestion

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, in the dose and frequency advised
• Usually taken after food to reduce stomach upset
• Shake the syrup bottle well before use and use the measuring cup provided
• Do not increase the dose or take it more often than prescribed, even if cough persists
• Drink plenty of water to help loosen mucus further

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and continue your regular schedule
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat
• Keep away from moisture
• Keep out of reach and sight of children
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack
• Discard any unused syrup as advised on the label after opening
