WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

HOW IT WORKS

• Methoxsalen is a photosensitising agent, meaning it makes the skin more sensitive to UVA light

How to Use Methoxsalen U.S.P. + Propylene Glycol Base

HOW TO TAKE IT

• This medicine is for external (topical) use only, applied to the skin as directed by your doctor
• It should only be used under medical supervision along with a scheduled UVA light therapy session
• Apply only to the area advised by your doctor, avoiding healthy surrounding skin
• Wash hands thoroughly after application unless hands are the treated area

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Since this is used along with scheduled light therapy sessions, contact your clinic or doctor to reschedule
