WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Treating symptoms of Parkinson's disease such as stiffness, slowness of movement and tremor
• Managing moderate to severe Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS)
• Used alone or along with other Parkinson's medicines like levodopa

HOW IT WORKS

• It acts like dopamine, a natural brain chemical that controls movement
• It stimulates dopamine receptors in the brain, helping to reduce stiffness, tremor and improve mobility
• In RLS, it helps reduce the uncomfortable urge to move the legs, especially at night

How to Use Pramipexole Dihydrochloride 0.25mg

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or without food
• Swallow the tablet with a glass of water
• Do not crush or chew unless your doctor tells you to
• Try to take it at the same time(s) each day
• Do not stop suddenly without talking to your doctor, as symptoms may worsen

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one
