DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Are allergic to sitagliptin, metformin, pioglitazone, or any ingredient in the tablet
• Have severe kidney disease

• Have severe liver disease

• Are in diabetic ketoacidosis or a diabetic coma
