WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Difficulty in starting urination
- Weak or interrupted urine flow
- Frequent urge to urinate, especially at night
- Feeling of incomplete emptying of the bladder
- Overall improvement in urinary symptoms due to enlarged prostate
HOW IT WORKS
- Tamsulosin relaxes the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to pass urine
- Tadalafil relaxes smooth muscle and improves blood flow in the prostate and bladder region, further easing urine flow
- Together they act faster and more effectively than either medicine alone in relieving BPH symptoms

HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once a day
- It is generally taken about 30 minutes after the same meal each day, to maintain consistent absorption
- Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water; do not crush or chew it
- Try to take it at the same time every day for best results
- Do not stop taking it suddenly without consulting your doctor, even if symptoms improve
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Take the missed dose as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule
- Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed one
STORAGE
- Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
- Keep in the original pack until it is time to take it
- Keep out of reach and sight of children

COMMON SIDE EFFECTS
- Headache

- An erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism)
- Severe dizziness or fainting
- Signs of allergic reaction such as rash, swelling of face or lips, difficulty breathing

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
- Are taking nitrate medicines (used for chest pain/angina)
- Have severe liver or kidney disease
- Have had a recent heart attack, stroke, or serious heart problem

- Are allergic to Tamsulosin, Tadalafil, or any other ingredient in this medicine
- Are a woman or a child (this medicine is meant only for adult men)

- Have kidney or liver problems
- Have vision problems, especially a rare eye condition called NAION

MEDICINES THAT CAN INTERACT
- Nitrate medicines (for chest pain) — dangerous drop in blood pressure
- Other alpha-blockers used for blood pressure or prostate problems
- Medicines for erectile dysfunction (should not be combined)
- Certain antifungal or antibiotic medicines that affect liver enzymes
- Blood pressure lowering medicines
