WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Long-term control of high blood pressure (hypertension)
• Used when two or more medicines are needed together to reach target blood pressure

HOW IT WORKS

• Telmisartan blocks a hormone (angiotensin II) that narrows blood vessels, helping vessels relax

• Hydrochlorothiazide helps the kidneys remove excess salt and water, reducing fluid in the blood vessels

How to Use Telmisartan + Amlodipine + Hydrochlorothiazide

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once a day
• Swallow the tablet with water, with or without food, at the same time each day

• Continue taking it even if you feel well; blood pressure medicines work best when taken regularly

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember on the same day

• Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed one

STORAGE
