How to Use Thyroxine (75mcg)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor
• Usually taken once daily in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 30-60 minutes before breakfast
• Swallow the tablet with a full glass of water
• Take it at the same time every day for consistent effect
• Avoid taking it with calcium, iron supplements, or antacids at the same time; separate by a few hours
• Do not stop the medicine even if you feel better, unless your doctor advises

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember on the same day
• If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and continue your normal schedule
• Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed one
