1-AL MAX Tablet may be prescribed for:

Allergic rhinitis

Seasonal allergies / hay fever

Runny nose

Stuffy or blocked nose

Sneezing

Nasal itching

Watery or itchy eyes

Allergy-related nasal congestion

Certain allergy-associated respiratory symptoms

Allergic skin symptoms such as urticaria/hives, when prescribed by a doctor

Important Montelukast Warning ⚠️

Montelukast has been associated with neuropsychiatric effects in some patients. These may include:

Abnormal or vivid dreams

Irritability

Anxiety

Agitation

Mood changes

Depression

Sleep disturbances

Suicidal thoughts or behaviour in rare cases

If significant mood, behaviour or mental-health changes occur, contact the prescribing doctor promptly.

How to Use 1-AL MAX TABLET (LEVOCETIRIZINE 5MG + MONTELUKAST 10MG)

• Take 1-AL MAX exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew or break the tablet unless specifically instructed.
• It can generally be taken with or without food.
• Take it at approximately the same time each day.
• Because Levocetirizine may cause drowsiness in some people, your doctor may advise taking it in the evening/at bedtime.
• Do not take more than the prescribed dose.
• If you miss a dose, take it when remembered unless it is nearly time for the next dose. Do not double the next dose.
• Dosage
• The usual adult strength of this product is Levocetirizine 5 mg + Montelukast 10 mg, but the frequency and duration should be determined by the doctor based on the patient's condition.

• Store below 30°C, away from excessive heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
