WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Prevention of migraine attacks in people who have frequent headaches
- Reducing the frequency and severity of migraine episodes

HOW IT WORKS
- Propranolol blocks certain nerve signals (beta receptors) that affect heart rate and blood vessel tone, reducing triggers for migraine
- Flunarizine blocks calcium channels in blood vessels and nerve cells, helping stabilise blood flow to the brain and prevent migraine triggers
- Together they help reduce the frequency and intensity of migraine attacks over time
WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR
- It is not used to treat a migraine attack that has already started

HOW TO TAKE IT
