WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Relief from allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny or blocked nose, itching)
• Relief from watery, itchy, or red eyes due to allergies
• Treatment of chronic urticaria (itchy skin rashes/hives) of unknown cause

HOW IT WORKS

• Blocks the action of histamine, a natural substance produced by the body during allergic reactions
• Reduces swelling, itching, and redness caused by allergies
• Provides relief for about 24 hours with a single dose

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• Not used for treating bacterial or viral infections
• Not a cure for asthma or breathing difficulties
• Not meant for common cold symptoms not caused by allergy
• Not for emergency treatment of severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor
• Can be taken with or without food
• Swallow the tablet with a glass of water
• Try to take it at the same time every day for best results

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one
• Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
• Keep out of reach of children
• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack
