HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Are allergic to fluvoxamine or any of its ingredients
• Are currently taking MAO inhibitors or have taken them in the last two weeks
• Are taking tizanidine, as this combination can be dangerous

• Have a history of bipolar disorder or seizures
• Have liver or kidney problems
