Alcros 100mg Capsule is a prescription antifungal medicine used to treat fungal infections.

• Skin Infections: Helps treat fungal infections such as ringworm and infections affecting the groin and feet.
• Nail Infections: Used for certain fungal infections of the fingernails and toenails.
• Mouth & Throat Infections: May be prescribed for specific fungal infections, including candidiasis.
• Other Fungal Infections: May be used for certain internal fungal infections when prescribed by a specialist.

Itraconazole works by interfering with the formation of the fungal cell membrane, stopping fungal growth.

• Nausea and vomiting
• Abdominal pain

• Indigestion
• Changes in liver enzyme levels

Important: Itraconazole can rarely cause serious liver damage and heart failure. Seek medical attention for yellowing of the eyes or skin, dark urine, severe abdominal pain, breathlessness or swelling of the legs

How to Use ALCROS 100MG CAPSULE (Itraconazole (100mg))

Take Alcros 100mg Capsule exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

• Swallow the capsule whole with water.
• Take it with or immediately after a full meal, as directed.
• Complete the prescribed course even if symptoms improve.
• Antacids may reduce absorption; generally keep at least a two-hour gap between an antacid and itraconazole.
• Do not change the dose or duration without medical advice.
