WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

HOW IT WORKS
- Ampicillin and Dicloxacillin are both penicillin-type antibiotics that kill bacteria by damaging their cell walls
- Dicloxacillin is especially useful against bacteria that are resistant to plain penicillin
- Lactic Acid helps support the natural balance of good bacteria in the gut, which can be affected by antibiotic use

HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor
- Usually taken on an empty stomach, about an hour before or two hours after food, unless your doctor advises otherwise
- Swallow tablets or capsules with a full glass of water
- Complete the full course even if you feel better before finishing it
- Do not stop early as this can lead to antibiotic resistance
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Take it as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one
- Do not take double dose to make up for a missed one
STORAGE
- Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture
- Keep out of reach of children
- Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack
- If liquid suspension is prescribed, check label for refrigeration instructions and discard unused portion after the advised period
