HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or just before food
• Swallow the tablet with a glass of water
• Do not crush or chew unless your doctor or pharmacist tells you to
• Take it at the same time(s) each day to maintain a steady effect
• Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly, even if you feel better, as this can be harmful to your heart
