HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once a day

• Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly, even if you feel better, as it may worsen your heart condition
• Continue taking it regularly for as long as your doctor advises

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose
• Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed one
• If you miss doses often, ask your doctor about reminders or adjustments
