WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR
- Fungal infections of the skin and nails
- Fungal infections of the mouth and throat (oral thrush)
- Vaginal yeast infections
- Serious fungal infections affecting the lungs or other internal organs
- Fungal infections in people with weakened immunity, as advised by the doctor
HOW IT WORKS
- It stops fungi from making a substance needed for their cell walls
- This weakens the fungal cell and stops it from growing and spreading
- Over time this clears the infection from the body
WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR
- It does not treat bacterial infections
- It does not treat viral infections such as cold or flu
- It should not be used for infections it has not been prescribed for
- It is not a painkiller or fever medicine

How to Use CANDITRAL SB 130MG CAPSULE (Canditral 130mg)
HOW TO TAKE IT
- Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor
- Take with or immediately after a full meal to help absorption
- Swallow the capsule whole with water; do not chew
- Continue for the full duration even if symptoms improve, unless your doctor advises otherwise
- Do not stop early as the infection may come back
IF YOU MISS A DOSE
- Take it as soon as you remember
- If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and continue as usual
- Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one
- If you miss doses often, tell your doctor as this may affect treatment success
STORAGE
- Store at room temperature, away from direct heat and sunlight
- Keep in a dry place, away from moisture
- Keep out of reach of children and pets
- Do not use after the expiry date printed on the pack
