How to Use CYCLOPENT EYE DROP (CYCLOPENTOLATE 1%)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Use only as directed by your eye doctor, usually as one or two drops in the affected eye(s)
• Wash your hands before using the drops
• Tilt your head back and gently pull down the lower eyelid to form a small pocket
• Place the drop inside without touching the dropper tip to your eye or eyelid
• Close your eyes gently for a minute and press lightly near the inner corner to reduce absorption into the body
• Do not drive or do close work like reading until your vision returns to normal
• Wear sunglasses if your eyes feel sensitive to light after the drops

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• This medicine is usually given under supervision for a specific procedure, so missed doses are uncommon
• If it is part of an ongoing treatment and you miss a dose, contact your doctor for advice rather than doubling up

STORAGE

• Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat
• Keep the bottle tightly closed and away from children
