How to Use DEJAC-T TABLET (Dapoxetine 30mg + Tadalafil 10mg)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually as a single tablet before expected sexual activity
• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water
• Take with or without food, but avoid a heavy, fatty meal as it may delay the effect
• Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours
• Avoid alcohol as it can increase side effects like dizziness and headache
• Do not take this medicine on a daily/regular schedule unless specifically advised by your doctor

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• This medicine is taken as needed before sexual activity, not on a fixed daily schedule, so a missed dose is usually not applicable

• Do not double the dose

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Are taking nitrate medicines for chest pain (angina) or heart conditions
• Have severe heart disease, recent heart attack, or stroke
• Have severe liver or kidney impairment
• Have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Have a history of fainting related to low blood pressure
• Are allergic to Dapoxetine, Tadalafil, or any other ingredient
• Have a history of priapism or conditions predisposing to it
• Have severe depression or history of suicidal thoughts (for Dapoxetine)

• Have heart problems, chest pain, or irregular heartbeat
• Have eye problems, especially a rare condition called NAION
• Have kidney or liver disease
• Have a history of seizures or mental health conditions
• Have a stomach ulcer or bleeding disorder
• Are taking alpha-blockers or blood pressure medicines
