WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Post-operative and post-injury pain and swelling
• Dental pain and swelling
• Muscle and joint pain
• Fever accompanying pain or inflammation
• Pain due to sprains, strains, or minor orthopedic conditions

HOW IT WORKS

• Diclofenac blocks chemicals in the body that cause pain and inflammation
• Paracetamol reduces fever and adds additional pain relief
• Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that helps break down inflammatory fluid, reducing swelling and speeding healing

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

• Not for long-term chronic pain without medical supervision

• Unusual bruising or bleeding
• Very low urine output

How to Use DICLOTAL SP TABLET (DICLOFENAC 50MG+PARACETAMOL 325MG+SERRATIOPEPTIDASE 15MG)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually after food to reduce stomach upset
• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew unless advised
• Do not take more than the prescribed dose or for longer than advised
• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine
• Drink plenty of water during the course

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU

• Are allergic to Diclofenac, Paracetamol, Serratiopeptidase, or NSAIDs

• Have had asthma, hives, or allergic reactions triggered by aspirin or other NSAIDs
• Are in the last trimester of pregnancy
