WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

HOW IT WORKS

• Donepezil increases the level of a brain chemical called acetylcholine, which helps nerve cells communicate and supports memory

How to Use DONAMEM 10MG TABLET (Donepezil 5mg + Memantine 10mg)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily in the evening
• Can be taken with or without food, unless your doctor advises otherwise
• Swallow the tablet with water; do not crush or chew unless your doctor says it is fine
• Do not stop the medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor, even if you feel no change
• It may take several weeks to notice any improvement in symptoms

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember on the same day
• If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and continue as usual
