Uses and Benefits of DUZELA 60MG CAPSULE (DULOXETINE 60MG)

Duloxetine 60mg is mainly used to treat depression and generalized anxiety disorder, and also to manage certain chronic pain conditions.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Major depressive disorder
• Generalized anxiety disorder
• Diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain
• Fibromyalgia
• Chronic musculoskeletal pain, such as chronic back pain or osteoarthritis pain

HOW IT WORKS

• It increases the levels of serotonin and norepinephrine, two natural chemicals in the brain and spinal cord
• These chemicals help regulate mood and also affect how the body processes pain signals
• By balancing these chemicals, it helps improve mood, reduce anxiety, and lessen the perception of certain types of pain

WHAT IT IS NOT USED FOR

How to Use DUZELA 60MG CAPSULE (DULOXETINE 60MG)

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily
• Swallow the capsule whole with water; do not chew, crush, or open it
• Can be taken with or without food, but taking it consistently at the same time each day is helpful
• Do not stop taking it suddenly without talking to your doctor, as this may cause withdrawal symptoms
• It may take a few weeks to feel the full benefit; continue taking it even if you don't feel immediate improvement

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember on the same day

DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICINE IF YOU
