This medicine is mainly used to treat and prevent deficiency of Folate, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin B6, which are essential for nerve health and blood formation.

WHAT THIS MEDICINE IS USED FOR

• Treating nerve pain and tingling caused by diabetic neuropathy
• Correcting deficiency of Folate, B12, and B6
• Supporting nerve health in people with numbness or weakness
• Helping in management of certain types of anaemia caused by vitamin deficiency
• Supporting overall nerve function in people with poor diet or absorption problems

HOW IT WORKS

• L-Methyl Folate is the active, ready-to-use form of folic acid that the body can use directly
• Methylcobalamin is the active form of Vitamin B12 needed for nerve repair and red blood cell formation
• Pyridoxal-5-phosphate is the active form of Vitamin B6 that helps in nerve signalling and metabolism

HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily
• Can be taken with or without food, unless your doctor advises otherwise
• Swallow the tablet or capsule with a glass of water; do not crush or chew unless instructed
• Try to take it at the same time every day to build a routine
• Do not stop the medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take the missed dose as soon as you remember
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue as usual
• Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed one
