HOW TO TAKE IT

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily
• Take on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before breakfast, with a full glass of water
• Take at the same time each day for consistent absorption
• Avoid taking it together with calcium, iron supplements, or antacids; leave a gap of at least 4 hours
• Do not stop or change the dose on your own, even if you feel better
• Regular blood tests (TSH levels) are needed to check if the dose is right for you

IF YOU MISS A DOSE

• Take it as soon as you remember on the same day
• If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed one and continue your regular schedule
• Do not take double the dose to make up for a missed one
• If you miss several doses, inform your doctor
